In addition, our company has been selected to participate in several purchasing cooperatives. Below is just a sample of some of a few of the participating contracts and agreements. Mid-Atlantic Purchasing Team (MAPT)
This contract was previously known as the BRCPC Metro Contract
The Mid-Atlantic Purchasing Team (MAPT) is the title of the agreement between the Baltimore Metropolitan Council and the Metropolitan Washington Council to aggregate the purchasing volumes in Maryland, Virginia and the Washington DC regions. Consider the broad reach of MAPT with public and non-profit entities in this super region (Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC).
Delaware State Contract – Contract Number GSS 16479-Furniture
This contract is the State of Delaware’s central contract that is available for use by State agencies, local government units, authorized volunteer fire companies, and School Districts. Glover Furniture and Design Group’s contract is now transferred to American Design Associates and we are pleased to be awarded Contract Number GSS16479-Furniture for this contract.
National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA)
NJPA’s cooperative contract purchasing leverages the national purchasing power of more than 50,000 member agencies while also streamlining the required purchasing process. As a municipal national contracting agency, NJPA establishes and provides nationally leveraged and competitively solicited purchasing contracts.
National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA)
NCPA is a leading national government purchasing cooperative working to reduce the cost of goods and services by leveraging the purchasing power of public agencies in all 50 states. There are over 90,000 agencies nationwide from both the public and nonprofit sectors that are eligible to utilize this contract. These include, but are not limited to School Districts (including K-12, Charter schools, and Private K-12), Higher Education, Cities, Counties, Local Government, State Agencies, Healthcare Organizations, Church/Religious and Nonprofit Corporations.
The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN)
TCPN is a national governmental purchasing cooperative able to leverage one of the largest pools of purchasing potential. Contracts are bid on and awarded to national vendors, in accordance with purchasing procedures mandated by state procurement laws and regulations. This means equal pricing for the smallest entities and the largest buyers. TCPN contracts are available for use by public and private schools, colleges and universities, cities, counties, non-profits and all governmental entities.
Educational & Institutional Contract (E&I Contract)
E&I Cooperative Services is the nation’s leading not-for-profit buying cooperative focused exclusively on education. E&I delivers compelling cost savings on hundreds of thousands of items K-12 school districts and institutions use each and every day.
